Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Ignite SMB EMEA in Dublin. You will lead a regional sales organization delivered through a vendor partner, coaching Team Leads and reps on deal strategy, pipeline management, and performance.

The role blends hands-on selling with leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own regional results, develop leaders, and drive strategic initiatives while partnering with HR, Enablement, Marketing, and the vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
• German language proficiency preferred to support regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements.
• Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the sales function.
