Job summary

PayPal is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Ignite SMB EMEA to lead a regional sales organization through vendor partners, coaching teams on deal strategy and pipeline discipline, and owning regional commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role with data-driven accountability and cross-functional influence.

You will partner with sales leaders, HR, enablement, and marketing to drive shared outcomes, while inspiring reps to perform and grow as leaders in a fast-paced, hybrid

Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
German language skills preferred to support German-speaking teams and stakeholders.
Hybrid work experience and ability to coach multiple teams across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements.
Coach Team Leads and reps on deal strategy, objection handling, and pipeline management.
Own regional performance and drive commercial results for Ignite SMB EMEA.
Develop leaders within the team and align with PayPal leadership on strategy.
