Job summary

ServiceNow Ireland seeks a high-impact leader to build and drive a direct Sales Executive team across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, accelerating new business growth and expanding our presence.

You will partner with Sales Operations to shape the regional GTM, engage in territory planning, recruit and coach top performers, and work closely with Solution Consulting, Professional Services and the Partner ecosystem to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Proven track record in new business sales at executive level.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills.
• Ownership of accurate CRM reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region.
• Develop and execute a regional Go-To-Market strategy with Sales Operations.
• Engage in territory planning and relationship development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Set territories, quotas, and communicate performance expectations clearly.
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage with C-level executives to understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing and Partner teams.
• Retain and grow existing customers through regular engagement.
