Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Deployment Strategist role for public sector customers across the EMEA region, based in Ireland. You will own post-sale experiences, drive onboarding, and collaborate with commercial, product, and technical teams to support renewals and value realization.

You will design AI-powered workflows, monitor account health, and expand use cases with investigators. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to operate in a distributed, remote-first

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in CS, Deployment Strategy, or post-sales roles.
Experience with public sector, law enforcement, cybersecurity, or national security domains.
Ability to build credibility with investigators and public-sector stakeholders.
Proven experience designing AI-powered workflows in production environments.
Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and activation for a portfolio of EMEA public sector customers, ensuring clear plans and measurable use.
Define customer success criteria and establish adoption benchmarks including product usage and consumption rates.
Design AI workflows that integrate platforms like ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong, and telemetry data to automate health reporting.
Monitor engagement, identify adoption challenges, and proactively address renewal risks.
Develop new use cases with investigators to expand adoption across the product portfolio.
