Jobgether is seeking an Enablement Manager for the Public Sector, based in Ireland, with a strong focus on scaling a government-facing sales organization. The role centers on onboarding, training, and creating repeatable programs to accelerate seller readiness and improve deal quality.

Collaborate with Product and Sales Leadership to reflect public-sector needs, maintain accurate messaging, and ensure a high-adoption content hub.

Formación

• At least three years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or leadership.
• Experience supporting public sector sellers and government procurement knowledge.
• Ability to create, update, and deliver onboarding modules, playbooks, and training resources quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build and refine Public Sector onboarding programs to accelerate seller readiness by 25–30%.
• Maintain up-to-date sales playbooks, messaging, and procurement guidance.
• Deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources within 72 hours of gaps.
• Strengthen sales execution with qualification standards, evaluation planning, and deal management.
• Manage a content hub with adoption above 90% and easy access to resources.
• Measure onboarding progress, content adoption, and early-funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align messaging.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and continuously improve enablement resources.
