Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Government to shape value propositions for government customers in Ireland. You will define positioning, translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives, and drive go-to-market strategies across product, sales, and marketing teams.

You will lead the development of compelling sales tools, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional alignment to support public-sector initiatives and mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, industry marketing, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
• Demonstrated experience marketing to government customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory, or tax functions.
• Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning and persuasive narratives.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with concise headlines and practical sales materials.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement journeys and stakeholder dynamics.
• Ability to connect complex technical capabilities with operational benefits for executive decision-makers.
• Experience shaping launch strategies, commercial narratives, and scalable sales enablement resources.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and market evidence into actionable positioning and strategies.
• Collaborative, self-directed leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality outputs independently.
• Curiosity to use AI tools to improve marketing workflows and deliverables.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, digital assets, or crypto-related infrastructure.
• Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence solutions, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance tech; knowledge of digital-asset policy developments.
