Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Journey Management Strategist based in Ireland to shape how global enterprises drive transformation through journey-led programs. You will partner with C-suite executives to embed customer-centric practices into strategy, operations, and decision-making, leading cross-functional, multi-year initiatives across CX, product, and digital.

You will influence product strategy, governance, and market insights while working with sales, customer success, and product leadership

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience with C-suite and senior leadership
• Enterprise transformation expertise across multi-year programs
• Strategic advisory background in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Deep understanding of journey management and customer-centricity
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence senior decision-makers
• Strong ROI, value creation, and long-term growth understanding
• Experience managing strategic accounts and renewals at enterprise scale
• Ability to influence product strategy and roadmap with market insights
• Ability to define and scale best practices and transformation frameworks across organizations
• Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous, cross-market environments

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders across strategic accounts
• Lead multi-year transformation programs spanning CX, product, digital, and operations
• Build alignment across governance bodies and executive stakeholders
• Develop ROI frameworks and long-term investment narratives for journey management
• Collaborate with sales, customer success on executive engagement and expansion
• Influence product direction and GTM strategies with market insights
• Define frameworks and maturity models for enterprise-wide use
• Represent the organization in executive briefings and industry events
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align customer strategy and delivery
• Own strategic outcomes including enterprise ROI and net revenue retention
