Pluralsight is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our EMEA team and partner with executive leadership to build a high-performing organization. This role focuses on Revenue teams and serves as a strategic partner who can drive performance through people-centric solutions.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and will collaborate with other People Business Partners to drive holistic outcomes. Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in a People Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong strategic thinking and trusted advisor to executives and leaders.
• Solid knowledge of EMEA employment laws and cultural nuances.
• Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent judgment.
