Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Manager, People Services (EMEA) to lead HR operational delivery across the EMEA region, including UK, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. You will manage a team, drive process standardisation, and partner with cross-functional leaders to scale and optimise People Services while advancing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Operations within global organisations.
• 3–5 years direct people leadership experience.
• Experience scaling HR operations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Services strategy and delivery across EMEA, standardising processes and ensuring regional needs are met.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing People Services team.
• Partner with People Business Partners, COEs and leaders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive regional service delivery metrics, capacity planning and continuous improvements.
• Oversee workforce planning and operational readiness to support growth.
• Champion digital transformation including ServiceNow HRSD and automation to improve the employee experience.
