Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced EMEA Talent Partner (HRBP) to advise and coach regional business leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This pivotal role focuses on organisational health, delivering employee experience programmes and implementing global HR strategies at local and regional levels.

You will collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic people guidance and shape the talent agenda across the EMEA region, across multiple cultures and geographies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, global organisations.
  • Deep expertise across HR functional areas: HR business partnering, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, talent management, change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Workday and AI platforms/tools.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies within the EMEA region.

About the Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced EMEA Talent Partner (Human Resources Business Partner) to advise and coach regional business leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

This is a critical HR partnering role focused on supporting organisational health, delivering employee experience programmes and implementing global HR strategies at a local and regional level.

You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic people guidance and help shape the talent agenda across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
  • Act as a trusted coach and advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on organisational design and team development.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address people and organisational challenges.
Talent Management
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programmes.
  • Support performance review processes and employee relations.
  • Help drive effective talent management practices across the region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs).
  • Support the rollout of employee experience and workplace initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with global and regional people teams.
Diversity & Belonging
  • Champion Diversity & Belonging programmes across EMEA.
  • Support the local implementation of Airbnb's global diversity agenda.
Regional Strategy
  • Provide EMEA-specific insights to global people teams.
  • Contribute regional perspectives to the wider global talent strategy.
  • Help ensure global HR strategies are effectively implemented across diverse EMEA markets.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within fast-moving, high-growth and global organisations.
  • Deep expertise across 4+ HR functional areas, such as:
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Compensation
    • Recruiting
    • Employee Relations
    • Talent Management
    • Change Management
  • Strong experience across core HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Educational specialisation in areas such as Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Development, Employment Law, Compensation, Statistics or Business is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Google Suite to collect, analyse and visualise HR data.
  • Workday experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of using AI platforms and tools to manage work products and outcomes.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies within the EMEA region.
