Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years related experience in a People Business Partner or similar role.
Deep knowledge of EMEA employment laws and cultural norms.
Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and executives.
Strong business acumen and ability to apply HR strategies to drive outcomes.
