Okta is seeking a Regional Enablement Leader for EMEA to spearhead the enablement strategy and drive regional performance. You will partner with senior sales and operations leaders to align global mandates with regional needs, leading a regional pod and a cross-functional network to deliver a high-impact plan.

As an Enablement Business Partner, you’ll tailor programs to regional requirements, manage resource allocation, and ensure execution with measurable impact on sales outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue enablement in tech/SaaS.
• Proven leadership of regional enablement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with enablement platforms and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Enablement Pod and develop regional strategy.
• Partner with SVP EMEA and Sales Leaders to boost productivity and performance.
• Harmonize global CRO priorities with regional SVP strategies into one plan.
• Serve as Enablement Business Partner driving regional impact and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to execute a cohesive regional enablement plan.
