Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner for a short-term contract until year-end. The role supports senior leaders across the global organisation with a hybrid model (3 days onsite).

You will drive people strategies, organisational design, talent management and stakeholder coaching across multiple regions, collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver practical, commercially-focused HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders within international, regional, or global organisations.
• Experience partnering across multiple countries, ideally within EMEA or APAC teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Support organisational design, restructures, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Coach and influence senior stakeholders on complex people matters.
• Use people data and insights to support decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR specialist teams to deliver effective people solutions.
• Drive priorities independently and provide practical, commercially focused HR support.
