Job summary

Fin.ai, part of Salesforce, is building AI-enabled customer support with a broad partner network across the EMEA region. As Principal Partner Manager for EMEA, you’ll own our partner relationships across priority markets, working with system integrators, resellers, and consulting partners to drive revenue through a scalable partner motion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, channel, or alliances within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or CX/customer support software.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud resell & consulting partnerships.
• Strong pipeline-generation instincts.
• Commercial fluency and ability to map partner activity to revenue.
• Natural collaboration with direct sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort operating in fast-growth environments and regular travel in the EMEA region.
• Operational rigor enabling multiple live partnerships without slippage.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Fin's partner portfolio across priority EMEA markets (systems integrators, cloud resellers, local consulting partners).
• Design and run joint go-to-market motions with regional firms and CX implementation partners.
• Connect partner activity into regional sales pipeline via account mapping and active deal support.
• Coordinate cross-partner efforts to create enterprise opportunities and joint plays.
• Build senior-level relationships with partner leadership and represent program results to leadership.
• Lead partner-led implementations when needed to protect delivery quality and buy-in.
• Vet inbound partnership requests and pursue new relationships to open doors for Fin in your markets.
• Partner with Fin's global and EMEA teams to localize programs and feed learnings back into strategy.
