Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring a Partner Services Manager to lead enablement for Service Delivery Partners. You’ll design curricula, build certification pathways, and run a scalable, AI-assisted learning program to ensure partners deploy Fin’s AI tools to a high standard.

You’ll deliver engaging webinars, curate self-led content, onboard new partners, and drive quarterly business reviews to align with company goals while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, and Deployment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in enablement, training, or implementation/consulting roles
• Enablement craft: designing curricula, building certification programmes, and measuring learning outcomes
• Presentation: confident preparing and delivering webinars and live sessions to large external audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the partner enablement programme end to end - curriculum, certification pathways, and a regular calendar of enablement moments
• Prepare and deliver high-quality webinars and live enablement sessions for partner audiences
• Curate self-led online enablement at scale using AI to create, personalise, and maintain learning content
• Own and run the partner certification programme on our learning platform, tracking completion and deadlines
• Onboard and ramp new Service Delivery Partners with shadow engagements before independent delivery
• Act as liaison to ensure Service Delivery Partners have a great experience and monitor project quality
• Drive a Quarterly Business Review with each partner covering delivery quality, certification status, capacity, and pipeline
• Collaborate with Deployment Services, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize client experiences
