Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland is recruiting a Senior Director – Sales to lead hyperscale data centre accounts across the EMEA region. You will develop account strategies, drive revenue and profitability, and strengthen relationships with major customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in a technical industry.
• 3–5 years leading sales teams, programmes, or strategic accounts.
• Strong data centre sector experience.
• Understanding of hyperscale environments and ecosystem of consultants, contractors, partners, and suppliers.
• Engineering, technical or business-related degree would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic plans for key hyperscale accounts.
• Driving revenue, profitability, and growth across the assigned accounts.
• Identifying opportunities early within the data centre project lifecycle.
• Working with consultants, contractors, partners, and internal teams to develop opportunities.
• Positioning the company's technical solutions and services across major projects.
• Developing proposals, presentations, account plans, and commercial bids.
• Working closely with regional and global sales teams to deliver account strategy.
• Developing strategic supplier and business partner relationships.
• Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements.
• Forecasting sales and communicating performance to senior management.
