EMEA Hyperscale Data Center Sales Director

Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Director of Sales to lead hyperscale key accounts across the EMEA region. You will drive account strategy, growth, profitability and customer engagement, while coordinating with regional leaders and global account leads.

You will engage with executives and operational teams, deliver bids and proposals, and align with consultants, contractors and partners to win large data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 7+ years of related industry professional sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level.
• Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Wesco Anixter's Data Center solutions and services across a defined territory.
• Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to meet quotas.
• Build partnerships across Wesco-Anixter’s Business Units and collaborate with sales teams.
• Develop vendor relationships to enhance value-add sales and project identification.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and issue resolution.
• Forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products/customers.
• Travel 25% - 50% as required.
