Job summary

Clear-Engineering-Recruitment is seeking a Data Centre Account Manager for Dublin to drive growth with key data centre accounts across Ireland and the wider EMEA region. You will own strategic relationships, identify major opportunities, and shape multi-year plans to align with customer roadmaps.

The role focuses on hyperscale and colocation markets, involving senior stakeholder engagement, complex negotiations, and close collaboration with global teams to deliver substantial revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the data centre industry with a track record in large-scale projects.
• Established network among data centre operators, developers and contractors.
• Experience in strategic sales, key or global account management.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes with long lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in hyperscale and colocation markets.
• Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline for long-term projects.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close major contracts.
• Collaborate with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide market insights.
