Job summary

Clear-Engineering-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Centre Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with Ireland-based hyperscale, colocation and data centre operators, across Ireland and the wider EMEA region. You will own key accounts, develop long-term plans and close multi-million euro opportunities in a fast-paced, contract-driven market.

The role requires 5+ years in data centre sales, a proven track record in strategic selling and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in data centre sales or related field.
Established network with major data centre operators.
Proven track record of winning large, multi-million euro projects.
Experience in strategic sales, account management or global accounts.
Strong negotiation and contract discussion experience.

Responsibilities

Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in hyperscale and colocation markets.
Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with roadmaps.
Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline across long project cycles.
Engage with C-suite decision-makers and lead commercial negotiations.
Position HVAC, cooling and environmental solutions on large-scale projects.
Collaborate with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and provide insights.
Aim for revenue and order-intake targets while maintaining relationships.
