Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Director of Business Development for Northern Europe, Data Centres, to lead growth strategy and secure major projects in hyperscale, cloud, AI, and colocation sectors. You will build strategic client relationships and drive expansion across key markets, collaborating with senior leadership and delivery teams.

The role requires engaging with executives, developing revenue opportunities, and representing Exyte at industry events to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven track record in business development and securing major projects in data centre or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and negotiating contracts.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale, cloud, AI, and colocation markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets in the data centre sector.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across hyperscale, cloud, AI, and colocation markets.
• Build relationships with developers, investors, operators, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Lead customer engagement activities from initial contact through contract award.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling client solutions.
• Represent Exyte at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Provide strategic market intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
