Autodesk, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a People Services Senior HR Advisor to deliver Tier 2 employee lifecycle processes and a wide range of HR services within a hybrid work model.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, manage benefits and leave, and drive compliant, efficient HR operations across the EMEA region. With at least 3 years in HR and hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow, you will be the local SME, upholding confidentiality and

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in a Human Resources environment.
• Experience across EMEA and in a multinational, fast-paced service-oriented setting.
• Knowledge of HR operations, benefits, compliance, or HR data analytics.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 requests and escalations.
• Deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding services.
• Support the preparation and delivery of local employee communications.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of payroll inputs.
• Manage benefits and leave administration, including employee registrations and de-registrations, renewals and reviews.
• Manage and process family-friendly leave cases across EMEA regions.
• Ensure HR reporting complies with country-specific statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs, process flows, guidelines, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to monitor SLA performance and employee experience, providing feedback to CoEs.
• Partner with the People Services Manager for smooth transition of local HR matters.
• Serve as the primary contact for local government agencies and labour authorities regarding HR inquiries.
