Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Ireland Labour Law and HR principles.
• Experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS such as Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR queries and guide employees on policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding, performance management, job moves, and exits.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of HR documents and records.
• Collaborate with site managers on benefits, policies and workplace concerns.
• Utilise Workday and Service Now to manage HR requests and improve service delivery.
