Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll across the EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy while driving system enhancements. You will mentor juniors, manage calendars and inputs, review complex payroll data such as hires, terminations, bonuses, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Tax to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in EMEA multi-country payroll.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data reconciliation.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own complex country payrolls end-to-end across EMEA.
• Manage payroll calendars, approvals, and documentation.
• Review inputs such as hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review provider calculations and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Drive resolution of discrepancies with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain country-specific payroll procedures and controls.
• Lead off-cycle payments, year-end activities, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Tax and Treasury on payroll matters.
