Job summary

Autodesk in Ireland is seeking a People Services Senior HR Advisor to deliver Tier 2 employee lifecycle processes and a broad range of HR services within a regional Operations team.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant HR processes, lead onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, leaves, HR reporting, and SOP maintenance across the EMEA region in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources environment.
• Experience across EMEA with regional employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience in a multinational Shared Services model is advantageous.
• HR functions knowledge in areas such as Operations, Benefits, Compliance, or Data Analytics.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality with HR data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 HR requests and escalations.
• Deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding services.
• Support local employee communications and payroll inputs.
• Manage benefits and leave administration, and data audits.
• Oversee HR reporting to meet country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with vendors to monitor SLA and drive improvements.
• Partner with the People Services Manager for smooth handling of local HR matters.
• Serve as the contact for government agencies and labour authorities.
