Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (interns/new graduates) to drive qualified opportunities through the inbound process. You will work in a fast-paced team, engaging customers in German and English to understand needs and progress them toward Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Team player with high energy sales mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engage with customers via telephone and email to analyse needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain professional, proactive business dealings as first point of contact with customers.
• Follow up multi-channel to uncover new deals and nurture opportunities.
