Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative for our Futureforce University Recruiting program in Ireland. You will identify and qualify inbound opportunities and support Account Executives to drive growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, fluent English, and a drive for sales. You will join a fast-paced, global team offering structured training, mentorship, and clear career paths, with relocation support to Ireland if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional Central European languages are a plus.
• 1–2 years of business experience, software sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profiling the account and overcoming objections to generate opportunities for the Account Executives.
• Collaborating with Marketing andSales on lead quality and conversion.
• First point of contact with customers, conduct business in a professional manner.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture opportunities.
• Maintaining active communication with leads by sending targeted materials.
