Castleknock Hotel, a prominent 4-star property in Dublin 15, seeks a Duty Manager to support daily operations across all areas of the hotel. The role requires hands-on leadership, guest-first service, and a strong knowledge of Opera and Micros systems with rostering and forecasting experience.

The ideal candidate will mentor the team, adapt to busy conditions, and maintain high standards while working weekends and shifts as required. Full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a hotel DM role.
• Strong knowledge of Opera and Micros and rostering/forecasting.
• Comfortable with leading, mentoring the team and guest-centric service.

Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15.

Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

We are recruiting for a Duty Manager who will assist with the day to day operations of all areas of the Hotel. This is an ideal role for a Hospitality Professional who is looking for a new and challenging role within a busy and growing property. Candidates must have a good knowledge of Opera and Micros and working with forecasts, rostering, preferably in Alkimii. What we require from our applicants:

• At minimum, 3 years experience working in a Hotel, in a DM role, or similar
• The ability to engage well with the team to deliver a high standard of service
• Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Food & Beverage service
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
• Be committed to leading and mentoring the team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
