Castleknock Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support daily hotel operations across all departments in our award-winning 4-star property. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff leadership, and operational efficiency in a busy Dublin hotel.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a hotel DM or similar, with strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service, rostering, and guest-centric service. On-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

We are recruiting for a Duty Manager who will assist with the day to day operations of all areas of the Hotel. This is an ideal role for a Hospitality Professional who is looking for a new and challenging role within a busy and growing property.Candidates must have a good knowledge of Opera and Micros and working with forecasts, rostering, preferably in Alkimii.The Ideal candidate is creative, respectful, driven and puts the Guest first in everything they do. We have an opportunity available for a Hospitality professional looking to move towards Hotel operations.

What we require from our applicants:

• At minimum, 3 years experience working in a Hotel, in a DM role,or similar
• The ability to engage well with the team to deliver a high standard of service
• Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Food & Beverage service
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
• Be committed to leading and mentoring the team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
