Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a hotel DM role.
• Strong knowledge of Opera and Micros and rostering/forecasting.
• Comfortable with leading, mentoring the team and guest-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations across hotel areas.
• Engage with the team to deliver high standard service.
• Lead and mentor the team; manage weekend/early/late shifts.
• Maintain guest-first approach and uphold hotel standards.
