Job summary

Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Floor Manager to lead a busy hospitality team. You will partner with the Head Chef and F&B management to maintain service standards, drive guest satisfaction and protect budget and inventory controls.

The role requires an outgoing, professional manager with hands-on experience in fast-paced bars and restaurants, weekend availability, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a 4-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Bar & Restaurant team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B management to maintain service standards and cost controls.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and budgets tracked within the team.
• Be a positive ambassador for Castleknock Hotel and drive a guest-centric culture.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar & Restaurant Floor Manager to join the team at Castleknock Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and experienced Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotelin Castleknock, Dublin 15.Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. What we require from our applicants:

• Previous busy Bar & Restaurant experience in Ireland
• The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
• Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
• The ability to work with the Chef's and F&B Management team to deliver excellent standards of performance
• To be a mentor to the team and to have a positive impact on their development
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
• Be committed to the future direction of the F&B team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
