Castleknock Hotel is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our busy Bar and Restaurant team in Dublin 15. The candidate will drive guest experience, uphold high standards, and mentor staff within the F&B department, while being flexible for weekends and late finishes.

Formación

• Previous busy Bar & Restaurant experience in Ireland.
• Ability to engage with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Knowledge of cash procedures, labour costs and budget.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar & Restaurant Floor Manager to join the team at Castleknock Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and experienced Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

What we require from our applicants:

• Previous busy Bar & Restaurant experience in Ireland
• The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
• Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
• The ability to work with the Chef's and F&B Management team to deliver excellent standards of performance
• To be a mentor to the team and to have a positive impact on their development
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
• Be committed to the future direction of the F&B team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
