Castleknock Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support daily hotel operations across all departments in our award-winning 4-star property. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff leadership, and operational efficiency in a busy Dublin hotel.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a hotel DM or similar, with strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service, rostering, and guest-centric service. On-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel, in a Duty Manager role or similar.
• Ability to engage well with the team to deliver high standard of service.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
• Professional image in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of all hotel areas.
• Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Coordinate forecasts and rostering to ensure smooth service levels.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering consistent service and issue resolution.
