Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive focused on the Netherlands market. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, selling the Salesforce platform and AI/Data solutions to Dutch-speaking customers from a Dublin hub. This office-based role includes relocation assistance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will balance new business with expansion in existing accounts, leveraging a consultative approach to achieve quota and drive strategic growth through 360° solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Ability to create territory and account plans.
• Strong discovery and solutioning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communications.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Netherlands, from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expansion in the defined SB territory.
• Apply consultative selling to map Salesforce AI and Data solutions to goals.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through digital and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, Marketing to optimize the funnel.
