Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival.

• Manage queues efficiently and maintain smooth customer flow.
• Escort customers to vehicles or shuttle buses.
• Provide support across branch operations to ensure seamless service.
• Respond to customer queries in person and by phone.
• Act as a liaison between branches and departments as required.
• Open and close rental agreements during peak periods to reduce wait times.
• Support additional operations in Eastlands or Terminals as directed (rental processing, vehicle checks, audits, driving).
