Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Returns Agent at Dublin Airport to deliver world-class customer service throughout the rental cycle. You will assist customers in the car parks, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and maintain high standards of vehicle readiness and safety.

The role requires a full, clean B driving licence and flexibility to cover early starts and shifts across a 5/7 roster, including weekends. Training will be provided as part of our career development.

Qualifications

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return vehicles promptly.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to KPIs.
• Process workshop and service-related tasks per operating procedures.
• Communicate with fleet and damages teams to address queries and maintain standards.
• Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines.
