Europcar Mobility Group in Dublin Airport is seeking a Returns Agent to provide world-class customer service during the rental lifecycle. The role involves assisting customers in the car parks and ensuring vehicles are returned in good condition and on time.

The position operates on a full-time, on-site basis with a roster including early starts and weekends. A full, valid, clean B licence is required along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings and weekends, is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve KPIs in these areas.
• Complete administration accurately according to procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.
• Ensure vehicles due service or repair are set aside for maintenance.
• Regularly communicate with fleet supervisors and damages department on vehicle status and damage inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
