The candidate will manage existing and new accounts, generate leads, and maintain strong communication and negotiation with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
• Proven lead generation capabilities and ability to qualify opportunities.
• Account management experience and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and identify customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support closing of business.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery scheduling.
