Peats is expanding its internal sales team and seeks an Inside Sales Representative to work part time on-site at our Dublin 10 location. Engage with trade customers, dealers and installers, respond to inquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations and process orders accurately.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience, fluency in English, and a proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to close deals and build customer relationships.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience, AV or technical sales is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
• Confident presenting products to customers face to face.
• Target-driven with the ability to close business.
• Numerical accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Able to learn quickly and retain technical product information.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent, professional service to AV customers by phone, email, counter and showroom.
• Advise customers on suitable products, demonstrate features and benefits.
• Prepare and follow up quotes, confirm pricing and availability, convert inquiries into sales.
• Look after and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, introduce new brands.
• Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them by phone and email.
• Keep customers updated on stock, lead times and promotions; resolve queries quickly.
• Monitor competitor activity and feed back market insights.
• Collaborate with purchasing, finance and wider sales teams to serve customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM.
• Actively sell, upsell and cross-sell to hit monthly targets.
