Job summary

Office Buddies in Dublin 22 is seeking an Inside Sales representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and close opportunities. The role focuses on developing client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

The candidate will manage existing and new accounts, generate leads, and maintain strong communication and negotiation with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
• Proven lead generation capabilities and ability to qualify opportunities.
• Account management experience and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an inside sales executive for one of our clients based in Dublin 22. The role will include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and following up to close opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and identify customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support the closing of business.
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned existing and new customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support accurate order processing and delivery scheduling.
• Proactively generate leads, qualify opportunities, and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Support customer service initiatives and contribute to agreed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Previous Inside Sales experience managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including identifying prospects and qualifying opportunities.
• Account Management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work on-site in Greater Dublin, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related industries is desirable
