Job summary

Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a sales leader to build and scale a high-performing Relationship Manager team across the EMEA region, focused on selling SaaS and AI solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will own revenue, renewals, and expansion, establish forecasting discipline, and partner with Product, Enablement, RevOps and Marketing to translate AI capabilities into clear client narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Experience selling SaaS or AI solutions in a quota-carrying environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an AI-fluent RM team.
• Hire, onboard, and coach Relationship Managers for the EMEA region.
• Develop and coach Relationship Managers to drive expansion, renewals, and long-term customer growth.
• Build a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement as AI capabilities evolve.
• Inspire high standards of performance, accountability, and customer focus.
• Own your team’s revenue, renewals, and pipeline generation.
• Establish strong forecasting discipline, deal inspection, and operational rigor at scale.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to sales processes.
• Balance near-term execution with long-term team development and business health.
