Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a 12 month contract with hybrid work in Dublin. The role focuses on digitizing MBRs, managing large datasets and ensuring accuracy across systems. Collaboration with MS&T, Manufacturing and Quality teams is essential to enable data-driven verification and CPV initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a scientific degree and strong Excel/Word skills, with a proven ability to handle high volumes of data and maintain meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
• Strong data handling and organization skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Experience entering data from paper/lab docs into electronic systems (e.g., MBRs).
• Exposure to GMP/CPV in biopharma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Digitize paper Manufacturing Batch Records into electronic databases.
• Edit, verify and manage large datasets across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with MS&T, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure data delivery.
• Support CPV programs, data mining and continuous improvement projects.
• Create new entry forms/pages within databases to streamline data flow.
