Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Ireland seeks a Data Entry Specialist for a 12-month initial contract in the life sciences sector. You will digitize paper batch records, ensure data availability for monitoring and investigations, and support data reconciliation across multiple platforms.

• Provides support to ensure timely availability of process data in an electronic format from paper source (Manufacturing Batch Record)
• Ensures data availability to support process monitoring, troubleshooting and investigation activities
• Ensures digitalization of the data and timely delivery to other teams for data reconciliation and approval
• Proactively identifies and facilitates resolution of obstacles to timely completion
• Liaises with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing, Quality organizations for data entry activities

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science or equivalent degree preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
