Job summary

Russell Tobin in Dublin is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support regulatory batch data capture in a highly controlled manufacturing environment. You will help ensure timely availability of process data and contribute to data reconciliation and approval processes.

The role requires accuracy, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with data management systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline is preferred, and the 12-month contract is based in Dublin 15.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry, data verification, and maintaining accuracy in batch data.
• Proficient in Excel and Word, able to handle large datasets and generate reports.
• Understanding of data management systems and electronic record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Supports access to process data in electronic format from paper batch records.
• Ensures data availability to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and investigations.
• Digitizes data and delivers timely to teams for reconciliation and approval.
• Identifies obstacles and facilitates timely completion of tasks.
• Liaises with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing, and Quality teams for data entry.
