Morgan McKinley is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a 12 month contract with hybrid work in Dublin. The role focuses on digitizing MBRs, managing large datasets and ensuring accuracy across systems. Collaboration with MS&T, Manufacturing and Quality teams is essential to enable data-driven verification and CPV initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a scientific degree and strong Excel/Word skills, with a proven ability to handle high volumes of data and maintain meticulous records.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
• Strong data handling and organization skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Experience entering data from paper/lab docs into electronic systems (e.g., MBRs).
• Exposure to GMP/CPV in biopharma is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Edit, verify and manage large datasets across multiple platforms.

We are currently recruiting a Data Entry Specialist to join a technical operations team supporting critical digitalization and process verification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Digitization: Convert paper-based Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) into electronic databases to support process monitoring and technical investigations.
• Database & File Management: Manipulate, edit, and verify complex datasets across multiple platforms, ensuring complete accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T), Manufacturing, and Quality teams to facilitate data delivery and reconciliation.
• Program Support: Assist with Continued Process Verification (CPV) program maintenance, data mining, and continuous improvement projects.
• Form & System Setup: Create new entry forms and pages within databases to streamline data flow.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline preferred.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills; comfortable handling large volumes of data across different platforms.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with manual data entry from manufacturing/laboratory documentation into electronic systems (e.g., MBRs).
• Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, GMP, or CPV is a major advantage.
• Soft Skills: High precision, meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and excellent communication skills.
