Job summary

Russell Tobin in Dublin is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support regulatory batch data capture in a highly controlled manufacturing environment. You will help ensure timely availability of process data and contribute to data reconciliation and approval processes.

The role requires accuracy, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with data management systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline is preferred, and the 12-month contract is based in Dublin 15.

• Digitizes data and delivers timely to teams for reconciliation and approval.
• Identifies obstacles and facilitates timely completion of tasks.
• Liaises with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing, and Quality teams for data entry.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides support to ensure timely availability of process data in an electronic format from paper source (Manufacturing Batch Record)
• Ensures data availability to support process monitoring, troubleshooting and investigation activities
• Ensures digitalization of the data and timely delivery to other teams for data reconciliation and approval
• Proactively identifies and facilitates resolution of obstacles to timely completion
• Liaises with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing, Quality organizations for data entry activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience with data entry, data verification, and maintaining accuracy when working with manufacturing or batch record data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including handling large datasets and generating reports.
• Strong understanding of data management systems, databases, and electronic record-keeping processes, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
