Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a data governance analyst for a 9-month contract in Cork, Ireland. You will maintain customer master data across CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards.

You will monitor data flows, perform cleansing, develop dashboards, and coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to resolve discrepancies. A Bachelor's degree and experience with CRM/ERP/MDM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Data Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, MDM, or customer data management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets, data validation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of data quality, data cleansing, master data management, and record maintenance processes.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities
