Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Ireland seeks a Data Entry Specialist for a 12-month initial contract in the life sciences sector. You will digitize paper batch records, ensure data availability for monitoring and investigations, and support data reconciliation across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical science or equivalent, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and the ability to handle large data sets and rapidly learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical science or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.
• Strong technical background with data management knowledge across platforms.
• Hands-on analysis of large volumes of data.
• Easily pick up new technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability of process data from paper to electronic format.
• Support process monitoring, troubleshooting and investigations with data.
• Digitalize data and deliver to teams for reconciliation and approval.
• Identify obstacles and facilitate timely completion.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing, Quality for data entry.
