Job summary

SoftCo seeks a detail-driven Data Processor to ensure accuracy and integrity of client data across projects. You will handle, verify and manage digital data files per internal standards, supporting reliable data services within a structured workflow.

Responsibilities include data input, validation, formatting and client communication, with GDPR compliance and collaboration across the team. This role offers a hybrid model with office days in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accurate data handling.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in data entry or data processing.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and document management tools.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
• Proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and input data per SOPs and workflows.
• Meet daily/weekly processing targets with high accuracy.
• Index, edit and standardise data files for clients.
• Perform data validation and error-checking routines.
• Upload and transfer data files to clients and confirm receipt.
