Job summary

TikTok in Dublin is seeking a Senior SMB Leader to guide a team of Account Managers serving merchants across the DACH region, focusing on revenue growth and product adoption.

You will own revenue targets, coach talent, and collaborate with product and marketing to scale merchant programs while keeping the customer at the center.

This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a commitment to inclusion as you drive scalable solutions and navigate a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, account management or commercial sales with a track record of revenue growth.
• People management experience with success coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets and growth goals.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments and provide clarity through change.
• Experience developing scalable processes and workflows to improve performance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops, Enablement).
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an Account Manager team to grow merchants.
• Own revenue, GMV, Shop Ads adoption and merchant growth in DACH.
• Put merchants at the centre, assure consultative, valuable support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling and operating models.
• Create repeatable solutions to scale merchant support.
• Set clear goals, rhythms and performance expectations; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with TikTok Shop, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops and Enablement.
• Guide the team through changing priorities and evolving products.
• Maintain curiosity, urgency and entrepreneurial mindset day-to-day.
• Promote diversity and inclusion across the team.
