Job summary

TikTok is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage the Commerce Shop business across the UKI market from our Dublin area. You will lead Account Managers to unlock merchant growth using TikTok Shop and advertising solutions.

You will own revenue targets, build scalable go-to-market plans, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to remove barriers and improve merchant outcomes. A strong background in ecommerce, digital advertising and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, account management, client services or commercial sales with a track record of revenue growth.
• People management experience with coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets and growth goals.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and provide clarity during change.
• Experience developing scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outcomes.
• Experience building market-level go-to-market strategies for SMB/merchant growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to drive merchant growth and Shop Ads adoption.
• Own revenue, GMV, Shop Ads adoption, and merchant growth targets across the UKI market.
• Guide merchants from onboarding through activation to monetisation with data-driven plans.
• Identify process and tooling improvements to scale the team while maintaining customer excellence.
• Set clear goals, rhythms and performance expectations with direct feedback and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Enablement and cross-functional teams to align merchant needs with product development and GTM strategies.
• Lead through change by navigating evolving priorities and new operating models with speed.
• Maintain an Always Day 1 mindset, stay close to merchants and market, and translate opportunities into actionable strategies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion, empowering every team member to contribute and grow.
